I got it in the mail yesterday put it together today for a party tomorrow. I'd read reviews that sometimes some of the birthday letters have had some holes in it and unable to keep the air. As I was decorating and inflating those balloons I did end up with one that had a hole in it and despite taping it does not maintain the air in it. That was livable as it is not all that noticeable in the picture of happy birthday. We tried to inflate the big balloons which were the main reason I bought this package of the three and zero and found that it came without the proper channel valve. I enclosed the pictures of the balloons that we had inflated with helium and worked fine and then look at the picture of the big number where you do not see the little green tab where the valve is supposed to allow you to inflate your balloon. My husband even tried cutting into it and there literally is no valve sleeve as all the other balloons had. Very frustrating... now for her 30th birthday the balloons are rendered useless. It is too late to order another set and feel frustrated that their quality control let it bypass them. They need to refund people part of the costs for this item when it was 100% their fault. It was packed lovely, organized, clean AND there were absolutely tons of things inside!!! From banners to balloons, props, to tinsel back drops, you get it all for such a bargain! All the balloons blew up great, nothing popped which was really nice! I used helium to blow up the regular balloons and just air in everything else. The poor props were great and there were so many! The only thing messed up was a little section of the silver backdrop was ripped but it wasn’t a big deal. The quality felt great so I’m sure it was just a fluke. Loved the Giant 30 and bottles. We didn’t have access to helium, so we just blew up the balloons ourselves with the provided straw. Everything comes ready to go, including sticky strips on the back of curtains, glue dots for hanging other items, and plenty of ribbon. We used everything, even wrapping a gift in the packing box, which was super cute with “thirty” written across it. Great overall impact, pictures, and fun! When it came time to prepare the banner there was no letter “r” included and I couldn’t even use the banner for my party. I was super bummed.
